I am volunteering for the Girl’s Rock Camp as the official camp photographer. It is inspiring and awesome and you should all come out to the showcase this Saturday.

Girls Rock Camp Vancouver Showcase. The GRCV Showcase will be held at the CULTCH Historical Theatre, located at 1895 Venables (@ Victoria Drive), Saturday August 22nd.  Doors at 6pm, Show at 6:30pm. 15$ , Tix available at the door or at the CULTCH box office, call 604-251- 1363 (Mon to Fri from 10am - 7pm & Sat & Sun from 12 - 5 pm).

I just joined the Board of Directors for VAST  (Vancouver Association for the Survivors of Torture). It is amazing organization that promotes the well-being of people who have survived torture and political violence, and provides services to family members of survivors. It is a great organization that does amazing and life changing work.
